The DIVER-1X is an extreme representation of our standard DIVER-1: it is liquid filled!
Filling the DIVER-1X with a proprietary liquid developed by 3M offsets the pressure of the surrounding seas, allowing for incredible depth performance. We created our prototype DIVER-1X in 2019 and pushed them through 12 months of rugged test & evaluation (JUN '20- MAY '21) within operational dive units of the US military's special operations forces. Our first production model of the DIVER-1X was presented in June 2021 as a Grand Prize to the winning pair of military combat diver's during the 1st Combat Diver Competition.
We are introducing the DIVER-1X in summer 2021 with a limited production. All ARES products carry our limited Lifetime Guarantee.

Your DIVER-1X Mission Timer is manufactured with:
Swiss Super Quartz: LASTS 10X longer than standard quartz watches. ARES currently uses the 715Li 5-jewel gold plated Swiss analog quartz, manufactured by Ronda, with a 10-year lithium-ion battery and End-of-Life indicator. Due to the internal liquid environment your DIVER-1X should achieve 7 years of exceptional time-keeping performance.
