ARES SERVICE · GUARANTEED FOR LIFE

If it breaks, we handle it.

If something ever goes wrong, we handle it — start to finish. Your ARES is built as a tool, not a collectible. They're meant to be used — and over time, we expect to see them back for service. That's part of the job.

All service is handled at our HQ. Package your timer securely to prevent damage in transit, and email us a quick description of the issue before sending. Once it arrives, we confirm receipt and route it correctly.

Service, Straight

If it's on us, it's on us. A defect is repaired or replaced free — quartz for life; on automatics, our parts for life and the movement for 5 years.

Batteries are free for life. If your quartz just needs a battery, we swap it and send it back — no charge. (A bare swap doesn't re-certify water resistance.)

Depth Recertification — $150. New gaskets and seals, pressure test, recertified to depth, battery included. Recommended every 3–5 years — every 2–3 if you dive hard — to keep the rating real.

Automatics: movement service is complimentary for 5 years, then quoted. Damage — drops, floods, lost parts — is quoted, always.

A note on casebacks: any time we open your timer, the screw-down caseback re-clocks — it seats at whatever position it torques to, so the engraving may sit slightly rotated from before. Normal for a sealed dive watch; it doesn't affect function or water resistance.

What to Expect

These are working tools. Wear and service are part of their life cycle. When they come back to us we handle them the same way we built them: deliberately and correctly.

Batteries are free for life, and a depth recertification is a flat $150 with a known turnaround. Automatic overhauls and any damage we assess and quote first. Either way, you know the price and the timeline before we start.
