Send Your Timer In
All service is handled at our HQ. Please mail all service items, including your name, contact info, and return address, to:

Package your timer securely to prevent damage in transit. Before sending your timer, email us with a quick description of the issue.
Once your timer arrives we will confirm receipt and make sure everything is routed correctly.

These are working tools. Wear and service are part of their life cycle. When they come back to us we handle them the same way we built them: deliberately and correctly.
We take every issue seriously and handle it directly.
Some repairs are quick. Others require full watchmaker service and time to do it correctly. Turnaround time depends on the work required - we'll set expectations once we assess the timer.
