We are a small boutique shop with 5 artisans building your Mission Timer as efficiently as we can without sacrificing quality, attention to detail, and performance - you should expect wait times of 1 to 2 weeks. 

From your initial order to our in-house packaging, your Mission Timer is built for you. Once you place your order, your watchmaker builds your mission timer every step of the way. Because we offer a few distinct models we strive to maintain an inventory of “small batch” pieces in stock. While every attempt is made to shorten the time frame of your custom Swiss Li-Ion timer build process, manufacturing can take 1 to 2 weeks depending upon the complexity of your timer.

FIELD-1 Movement

Your FIELD-1 Mission Timer is manufactured with a precision Swiss movement:

  • Swiss Super Quartz: LASTS 10X longer than standard quartz watches. ARES uses the 715Li 5-jewel gold plated Swiss analog quartz, manufactured by Ronda, with a 10-year lithium-ion battery and End-of-Life indicator

FIELD-1 Case, Caseback, Crown & Bezel

  • Turned from a solid bar of 316L stainless steel in Ogden, UT 
  • Hand finished in bead blast Urban Stainless 
  • 41.0mm single piece case with individually serialized, engraved, screwback construction
  • 42.0mm fixed bezel
  • 49.5mm lug to lug 22mm drilled lugs with 1.8mm shoulderless spring bars, supplied with a 3-ring LASH ballistic nylon strap
  • 10 o’clock ‘fat head’ 7.2mm logo’d screw down crown, featuring aggressive ‘no slip’ teeth and double Viton seals: Quartz timers feature stainless or PVD crowns, based upon the model, while Automatic timers feature Red Mission Timer crowns
  • 13.3mm overall thickness
  • 3.3oz total weight with LASH strap

Crystal, Dial & Hands

  • Domed sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective AR coating
  • Brass dial with Super LumiNova C3 printed hour indicators, painted minute indices and logo
  • Brushed hands with C3, with either brushed stainless (Quartz) or red seconds hand (Automatic)

Performance & Testing

  • Individually tested and certified, fully assembled, to 30BAR = 300ft.
  • Anti-magnetic rating 18.8Oe, shock resistant to NIHS-91-10 standards, and thermo-compensated -0 to 50+ C

LASH & Rubber Straps

QUARTZ Mission Timers arrive on a matching LASH strap, as follows:

  • Urban stainless = Deep Black Nylon LASH with matching Urban hardware

AUTOMATIC Mission Timers arrive on a matching rubber strap, as follows:

  • Bead Blasted = Deep Black Rubber with Urban stainless hardware
